Shipping Information

All Hexian pieces are crafted and packed with care in Northern New South Wales, Australia. Each order is wrapped securely to ensure it travels safely from my studio to your door.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared within three to five business days (unless otherwise specified). During busy periods this may extend slightly. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel begins its journey.

Domestic Shipping within Australia

I use Australia Post as a reliable service and offer three postage options depending on the size or urgency of an order.  These time frames reflect my location in rural New South Wales.

• Untracked Post usually arrives within five to ten business days
• Standard Tracked Post usually arrives within four to eight business days
• Express Tracked Post usually arrives within three to five business days

Untracked Post travels through the standard letter system and suits small and lightweight items (up to three pairs of earrings). 

Once your parcel begins its travel, you will receive a notification from me. Delivery times may shift during holiday periods or high volume seasons.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome and are sent through Australia Post International with tracking whenever possible.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most parcels arrive within ten to twenty business days, although customs delays can extend this. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Tracking

If you have selected tracked postage, you will receive a tracking link so you can watch your parcel travel to you.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an address needs to be updated and the parcel has not yet been sent, contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to assist.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel feels delayed, please check the tracking link first. If it appears to be stalled or missing, reach out and I will support you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Untacked parcels can take from five to ten business days.  Hexian is not liable for untracked parcels that do not arrive, as this service does not include tracking or confirmation of delivery. Most arrive without issue, albeit a little slower than tracked postage.

If anything arrives damaged or feels concerning, contact me within seven days of delivery with photos and details.
