Return and Refunds
Every Hexian piece is crafted with care and intention, and I want you to feel steady and happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind
I accept returns or exchanges for change of mind within fourteen days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and returned in its original condition. Once the piece arrives back in the studio, a refund or exchange will be arranged.
Return postage for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer.
Faults or Issues
If your item arrives with any faults, please contact me within seven days of delivery with photos and details. I will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and kindly.
Shipping costs for confirmed faults are covered by the studio.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for change of mind returns. If a custom piece arrives with a concern, reach out and I will support you with repair or adjustment where possible.

Email me through the contact form on the website with your order number, your name, and a brief description of the situation. I will guide you through the next steps with ease.
